Meet Bill & Audra Skiba, your One Residential real estate agents!

Originally from Michigan, Bill and Audra have called Northern Virginia home since 2003, when Bill joined the U.S. Army’s Old Guard Fife & Drum Corps at Fort Myer as a trumpet player. During his more than 20 years of active-duty service, Bill had the incredible opportunity to perform for foreign dignitaries and heads of state and support the Office of the President before retiring from the Army.

Northern Virginia quickly became home for the Skibas, and they’ve now lived in Woodbridge for 20 years, where they raised their son, Michael, along with their English Springer Spaniel, Duncan (who definitely thinks he runs the house!). When they’re not working, you’ll often find Bill and Audra serving at their church, supporting the Woodbridge Senior High School marching band, or just enjoying the community they’ve called home for so many years.

As real estate agents with One Residential, Bill and Audra bring their own experiences of military relocation, moving to Northern Virginia, raising a family here, and truly becoming part of the community into the way they serve their clients.
