Position Overview
The Inside Sales Agent (ISA) is focused exclusively on maximizing lead conversion by executing high-volume communication strategies. This role drives the front end of the sales pipeline for ONE Residential by calling leads, qualifying prospects, and setting quality appointments for our real estate agents. This is a performance-driven role with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
High-Volume Outbound & Inbound Outreach: Execute 50–100+ daily outbound calls to database leads and promptly field incoming inquiries from marketing campaigns.
Lead Qualification: Assess prospective clients' needs, motivations, and readiness to buy or sell real estate to determine if they are viable leads.
Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality, reliable appointments for real estate agents with qualified prospects to drive the front end of the sales pipeline.
Lead Nurturing: Maintain a multi-touchpoint follow-up strategy using calls, texts, and emails to build long-term relationships with prospects who aren't ready for immediate action.
CRM & Data Management: Update the CRM system diligently with detailed conversation notes to maintain data integrity and collaborate with the Database Manager to optimize calling strategies.
