Bill Skiba is a professional real estate consultant serving the Northern Virginia area. As a Real Estate Agent, Bill understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction; it’s a life-changing experience. He takes great pride in the relationships he builds and pledges to work relentlessly to help his clients achieve their real estate goals.
Originally hailing from Chicago, his family moved to Michigan at an early age. Bill earned a degree in Music Performance from Western Michigan University, and a Masters in Music Performance from the University of Michigan. Music performance and the arts have been lifelong passions. After over 20 years of honorable service with the US Army Old Guard Fife & Drum Corps, Bill recently retired at Fort Myer in Arlington, VA. As a bugle instrumentalist, Bill had the honor and privilege to serve in ceremonial support of the President at arrival ceremonies of foreign heads of state, presidential inaugurations, military funerals, and parades.
Bill is heavily involved in his church volunteering in the music ministry, as a leader of the youth group, as an instructor for adult education, and occasionally assisting with preaching duties. The Army brought Bill to the Washington Metropolitan area in 2003. He calls Northern Virginia home and shares a wealth of knowledge of the area's transportation, school systems, and entertainment options. When he's not busy with real estate, you can find Bill spending time with his incredible wife Audra and son Michael, jumping in as a Baroque trumpet guest performer, or playing with his springer spaniel Duncan.
Whether you're a first-time home buyer, seller, or a seasoned investor, it is Bill's pleasure to have the opportunity to work with you.
