REALTOR® | Licensed in VAFrancis Franqui is a professional real estate consultant serving the Northern Virginia area. As a Real Estate Agent, Franqui understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction; it’s a life-changing experience. He takes great pride in the relationships he builds and pledges to work relentlessly to help his clients achieve their real estate goals.
Originally hailing from San Juan, PR, his family moved to Orlando, FL at age 11. Franqui holds a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis on music education and computer science from the University of Central Florida. Music performance has been a lifelong passion, having performed with multiple prestigious ensembles such as the Brevard Symphony Orchestra, Southwest Florida Symphony, Brass Band of Central Florida, the Walt Disney World Collegiate Music Program, and as a cast member of BLAST! on Broadway.
Francis currently serves as an active duty soldier with the US Army Old Guard Fife & Drum Corps. As a bugle instrumentalist, Franqui has the honor and privilege to serve in ceremonial support of the President at events such as arrival ceremonies of foreign heads of state, military funerals, parades, and presidential inaugurations.
The Army brought Francis to the Washington Metropolitan area in 2016. He shares a wealth of knowledge of the area's transportation, school systems, and entertainment options. When he's not busy with real estate, Franqui enjoys spending time with his incredible wife Stacy, and two beautiful, boys Roman and Andrew.
