Joi Nicholas is a real estate professional happily serving the D.C. and Maryland areas. As a Real Estate Agent, Joi understands buying and selling a home is more than just a transaction; it’s a life-changing experience. A native of the greater capital region, Joi was born in Washington D.C. before attending Hampton University. Prior to her career in Real Estate, Joi thrived in the Event Management industry. There she honed her skills in customer service, hospitality, relationship management, contract negotiation, and logistics coordination. Joi's background provides her the necessary tools and experience to fully support her clients through their real estate transactions.

 

In her spare time, Joi's top priority is spending time with her family; especially her husband and two daughters. She enjoys International travel, cruises, reading, singing along to musicals, and watching Friends reruns. Joi also loves to spend time with her friends exploring the niche neighborhoods in the DMV to expand her local knowledge and confirm why she is so proud to be born & raised here! You can spot her around town volunteering at her church, or enjoying local cuisine at Ruby’s Southern Country Kitchen or Jerry’s Seafood (home of the Crab Bomb!)
