OWNER | REALTOR® | Licensed in VA, MD, & D.C.Josh Dukes is a founding member of the One Residential Real Estate Team. As a Real Estate Agent, Veteran, and father, Josh has earned vast knowledge and expertise in serving others to realize their Real Estate goals. His 20 years of service as a leader in the Army, and degree in Organizational Leadership lay the foundation in his ability to serve his clients and team members.
The United States Army brought Josh to the DC Metropolitan area in 2001. The Dukes family considers themselves Northern Virginia converts who fell in love with the cultural, recreational, and social opportunities only found in the DMV. Josh’s lovely wife Judy keeps more than just the family on track, serving as the Logistical Coordinator for the team. They share two daughters and an adorable dog, Teddy, keeping them busy and on their toes! In his spare time, you can catch Josh showing off his talents and love for music performing Irish Flute or guitar at Daniel O’Connell’s Irish Pub and The Celtic House.
Josh is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Home Staging Expert® (HSE). He previously served as a Productivity Coach and on the Associate Leadership Council within KW Metro Center in Alexandria.
