Josh Dukes relocated to the DC Metropolitan area in 2001 through his service in the United States Army, and since then, the Dukes family has proudly embraced Northern Virginia as their home. They have come to love the region’s rich cultural, recreational, and social offerings unique to the DMV. Josh’s wife, Judy, plays a vital role in the family’s and the team’s success, serving as the Logistical Coordinator for ONE Residential. Together, they share two daughters and an energetic dog named Teddy, keeping them both busy and on their toes. In his downtime, Josh indulges his passion for music, performing on the Irish flute and guitar at local spots like Daniel O’Connell’s Irish Pub and The Celtic House.
Josh is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and a Home Staging Expert® (HSE). He has also contributed as a Productivity Coach and served on the Associate Leadership Council at Keller Williams Metro Center in Alexandria, further solidifying his dedication to professional growth and leadership within the real estate industry.
