Julia Farnham-Trunzo is a real estate professional proudly serving the Northern Virginia area. A native of the Alexandria area, Julia has called Northern Virginia home her entire life. Prior to her career in Real Estate, Julia earned her degree from Washington & Lee University. With her experience in project management for a boutique Brokerage in Alexandria, she has extensive contractor and vendor contacts to help sellers prepare their homes for sale, and sellers get their homes in perfect condition for going on the market! After staging homes for the last seven years, Julia is an expert in helping sellers edit, de-clutter, and style their homes to attract top-dollar offers. 

 

In her spare time, you can find Julia organizing and decorating her home, going on runs, spending time with her husband and friends, or playing with her two beagles, Hendrix and Penny Lane!
