About Kaitlyn Egan

Kaitlyn was raised and has worked in the DMV area her entire life. 

She currently lives in the Northern Virginia area with her husband and daughter. This allows her to share the knowledge of the surrounding areas transportation, school systems, and entertainment options with her clients.

With a background in law enforcement, Kaitlyn has been trained how to manage critical points in people's lives through patience and communication. These skills are used in personal interactions, negotiations, and finding the perfect home. Kaitlyn works by referral, so her clients are her top priority.
