Kelly Sanabria is one of the fortunate few to have been born and raised in the DC/Metropolitan area; a true native. After her mother's passing at a young age, she was raised by her Uncle and Father, who instilled in her the value of hard work and dedication. Kelly has always had a heart for serving others and finds great joy in being able to do so. Her acute attention to detail and passion for organization and planning help her to prepare her Clients for home ownership. Kelly understands that home ownership is not only a huge financial decision, but also a huge emotional experience.

 

She doesn't look at buying or selling a home as a transaction, but rather, as an experience. Her mission is to ensure that her Clients have a phenomenal experience by proactively equipping them with the education, guidance, and consulting they need throughout their home buying or selling process, to have a smooth transaction. She continually goes above and beyond for her Clients to ensure they are well-informed of all their options and feel fully prepared throughout their entire process and beyond.
