A longtime Arlington resident, Kimberly Orellana has spent more than 25 years experiencing firsthand what makes Northern Virginia such a special place to call home. Her connection to the area, combined with a genuine passion for helping others, naturally led her to real estate.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Kimberly proudly serves clients from a variety of backgrounds throughout Northern Virginia. She takes pride in advocating for her clients, understanding what matters most to them, and finding solutions that support both their immediate needs and long-term goals.

As a mother, Kimberly understands the importance of finding not just the right home, but the right community for the next chapter of life. Outside of real estate, she enjoys running, working out, spending time outdoors, and discovering local coffee shops.
