Melissa Holup is a Northern Virginia native who grew up in Alexandria and brings deep local knowledge and genuine community insight to her real estate practice. Licensed since 2011, Melissa has extensive experience across many facets of the real estate industry, supported by a long-standing background in sales and hospitality.

With over 25 years of experience focused on customer service, Melissa spent several years as a Sales Manager at The Watergate Hotel, where she worked closely with dignitaries, professional sports teams, and entertainment industry clientele. This role sharpened her attention to detail, discretion, and ability to deliver high-touch service in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.

Known for her approachable style, energetic personality, and ability to connect easily with new people, Melissa prides herself on going above and beyond for her clients. She treats every client like a VIP and is committed to providing a seamless, personalized real estate experience from start to finish.

When she’s not working, Melissa enjoys spending time in her beautiful Belmont Bay community with friends, family, and her dog, Rex.
