A native of Stafford, Virginia, Tobin studied at Shenandoah Conservatory in Winchester before spending the next 18 years building a career in the performing arts. His work as an actor, director, and arts administrator has taken him to some of the region’s most renowned institutions, including Ford’s Theatre, Signature Theatre, The Kennedy Center, and Forum Theatre. These experiences shaped his ability to connect with people, manage complex projects, and guide others with clarity and empathy.

Now a Realtor, Tobin has turned his skills and passion toward helping clients with one of life’s most important milestones.
